General conditions
Our general conditions for our offers
- Our offers are valid for 30 days.
- No vehicle is reserved until your definitive confirmation.
- Unless otherwise specified, payment is made at the start of the first ride.
- The driver's maintenance (meals, drinks, overnight stays) as well as taxes, occasional tolls and parking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- An additional fee is collected or charged for any possible km and/or time overruns.
- Our passengers are asked to use the vehicle provided with great care.
- An additional fee will be charged for any additional cleaning required. The same goes for any damage caused.
- For your safety and comfort, our drivers are subject to OTR (Federal Ordinance on Working and Resting Time); this regulation is mandatory in all circumstances.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, fees apply for cancellations as follows:
- Less than 72 hours in advance: 40% of the reservation amount
- Less than 48 hours in advance: 60% of the reservation amount
- Less than 24 hours in advance: 80% of the reservation amount
- Once the ride has begun: 100% of the reservation amount
